Most reliable online source for corals?

Where does everyone like to buy their corals from online? I’m looking for reliable source for my corals. I like Fishofhex he is very thorough about his tanks and about pest. I know WWC is good as well. I’m very careful of what comes from what tank. Since I don’t have a coral QT yet

In addition to the above, I also like Cultivated Reef. Their photos aren't awesome but they have a good collection, good prices, great customer service, and regularly cycle the pieces on their doorbuster sale. For example, picked up Garf Bonsai for $10, Tyree Pink Lemonade for $45.

IME those sources give the best overall balance of:

1.Brand reputation (ppl trust you when you sell with linneage through them)

2. Frag size (ppl don't focus on this enough IMO, the difference between a .5" frag and a 1" frag could he a yrs worth of growth out time to colony size)

3. Price point for the size/strain you get.


I don't want to hate on a lot of the big names, but the frags tend to be small and sold at a premium beyond what you pay elsewhere.

I had a very good experience with World Wide Corals, and am planning to purchase from Tidal Gardens. But I'm in Chicago, and am very reluctant to have anything shipped right now because of weather. I've also become much more focused on buying locally and supporting my LFS.

There are a number of good venders. I have experience with Adam of Battlecorals. His “Battleboxes“ are a good way to get corals at a discount.

Top Shelf Aquatics is a good vender as is World Wide Corals.

Youre in florida so I think Top Shelf Aquatics is good, I've heard they have great corals. Personally I order from FragBox but thats in Toronto, so they wouldnt ship all the way down to Fl.

I've gotten the healthiest, best looking frags with no pests from Boom Corals. Quinn also has one of the best guarantees-14 days after you get it. He also covers shipping delays including the cost of shipping.
