Most silent skimmer after Royal exclusive

As title say, considering that i can definitely hear my BBK mini 200 with RD3(bubble mainly) in the cabinet with noise damping foam, which brand is the 2nd least audible?

I'm setting a smaller tank for frags, about 100G, not willing to spend the amount on a BBK yet.

I've heard a bit about this one but can't find that much resources unfortunately.
I'm really picky about the sound, how the the 24V BBK sound compared to the RD3?

I don't really want to spend +1000$ for a skimmer for such a small tank

There is super quiet, and the quietest.
I know the quietest are the Royal exclusive, what's after that is a good question

I am beyond picky when it comes to sound on my tanks and would rate my Reef Octopus Elite super quiet. I certainly can't hear it over anything else.

Ultra Reef are supposed to be super quiet as well. I would suspect the Adaptive Reef skimmers are quiet with the Sicce DC pump.

Concur with above. I've got an Octo Elite 150 INT, and I can't hear it. 6th skimmer I've had. Silent compared to the AC Sicce driven skimmers.

I'm very picky too. I leave in a quiet place so any sound bothers me.

Akula skimmers are very silent comparing to most of the skimmers. You might hear a vibration (hum) noise from the AC pump. I changed mine to the same pump but DC and now it is completely silent.

I honestly doubt that other skimmers could be more silent than this one.. BBK probably sounds the same but not more silent since I can't hear anything.
