Mounting AI hydra 32s

I just received my AI hydras in the mail. I have my mounting bar set up and am wondering how high above the tank should I set them. See the photo below. My tank is 48 long by 24 wide by 24” deep. I have two hydra 32s. Right now they are as high as can be 12” above my glass and another 2” to water surface. They look really high anyone have Recs on if I should lower them. The mounting legs were difficult to move kinda
