Hello all,

I have recently picked up an old reefer 170 with a hydra mount that fits into pre drilled holes on the tank. I have also purchased a hydra hd, only to find that the design has changed, and no longer has the holes on the light to fit onto this bracket.

Is there any way I can modify this bracket to fit the light?

A couple more pictures would really help.:)

The holes you have to drill your self. Only when you buy from red sea it will have the holes pre drilled. I added a third light to my reefer 350 and had to drill myself. Its fairly simple. Just align the bracket to back of light and mark with pencil. Then drill with small drill bit.
