Mouth On Acro?

Hi Guys,

I've just received a new acro and it has a weird looking mouth thingy on it, can someone please ID it. I did dip it in CoralRX

Looks to be a barnacle?

Does it have a "fan" that it waves? Almost looks like an eyelash.

If yes, it's a barnacle and will probably die in a few months. They can live within the coral and not hurt it, but they typically die in our sterile tanks.
