Move or not to move rose bubble

so this new anemone moved to the bottom of the rock over night
Should I rotate the rock to bring it out or just let it do its thing hopefully it will come out by it self

Let it be. They can move themselves. He will come out. If you move it, you will just stress it more and he will most likely go back into hiding anyways.

Yes it's ok to feed, just don't over feed

Never move any nem, it decides what location is best.
I only feed once per month.
Feeding is not required.
