Moved a rock and found this, what is it?

Hello everyone!
I was cleaning out my tank today and moved a rock, found this little tube guy, he’s kinda soft and broke a little when I accidentally hit it. Just curious on what it could be! Thanks!!!

Looks like your substrate sticking to a string of something. Is this actually a creature?
 
I have no clue! There’s two of them.... the tanks been up for about 3 months now. And I moved this rock from a bigger tank and it wasn’t there before.... there’s another shorter tube thing next to it too..... I don’t wanna break it to see Incase it is something bad....
 
Have noticed some of these sandtubes also. Not sure what type of worm that creates them, havent gotten a clear look even though I had a tube and tunnel right next to the glass.

Very cool! I have some of those in my bigger tank! So I guess that’s where they could be from
