moving a tank

can you move a tank with the sand still in it ? move is only about 1 mile wondering if it would work or not..will remove water. rocks ect but the sand is a hassle would be easier to leave it if that is an option.. thanks

How old is the sand? You might as well replace the sand if it’s dirty and avoid potential issues. Other than that, you can keep the old sand and move it.

i was just a bit nervous about weight (wet sand) weight isn’t a problem for me

Setting it down on an uneven surface can be a problem when its full of weight. Cushion it excessively lol
