Moving an Anemone

So my nem moved into a terrible spot. I have had a couple splits and been able to remove them. His foot is now buried pretty good. I aimed a small powerhead at his for an hour and he didn’t attempt moving. What are the other tricks or ideas out there? Trying to avoid moving my scape. Thanks in advance.

I thought about this but I would be blocking other things from light also. Guess it would be okay short term.

Place a long length of pvc over him. Sometimes theyll crawl up in it to get to the light .
