As some of you know, I am moving in about 10 days. I have a few issues with no easy solutions in sight.
#1. I ordered a custom tank but it was just delayed 3 months. (Glass was cut incorrectly and an 8'x3' 1" thick piece of star fire glass is hard to source)
#2. I have all of my fish in my 180 gallon tank and I need to break that down because the rental I will be living in for the next 2 months until the escrow closes allows a max of a 50 gallon tank, but I am going to have to do with a 30 gallon tank.
#4. I have never had such a small tank and so I am not used to maintaining a small tank and I hope I won't screw up- Any suggestions?
#5. I have a 30 gallon tank, and a 200GPH PF Nano HOB overflow, with no skimmer or anything else- I was thinking I could use a 60 gallon sump I have because It would allow me to have more water volume with a small display tank.
Thanks for any ideas!

What kind and how many fish do you have to house? Do you have any friends who might let them tank-surf?

Fish: Longhorn cowfish, Boxfish, mated pair of clowns, single clown hosting, small wrasse. I have tank surfed everything I could fit into friends tanks, this is what im left with

Perhaps a friend or family will be gracious enough to let you setup the 180 at their house temporarily for few months? Otherwise #5 appears to be the best option.

I could also cancel the tank( they said i could) and order a Red Sea 650 deluxe peninsula system for about the same cost.
