So I have a fully established reef aquarium and my family decided to redo the floors. I was wondering what would be the easiest thing to do in order to successfully move it without causing massive damage.

What a wonderful opportunity to re-aquascape! There are a lot of things to consider such as the size of the tank, how sensitive are your corals, how long does the reef need to be in "temporary housing", etc.? One approach is to by a rubbermaid water trough from a local feed store (e.g., Tractor Supply or similar) - they range from 15g, 40g, 75g, 110g, through 300g and then move everything into that container. The sides are rigid enough that you can drill and add bulkhead fittings to plumb to your sump if you need it to be in place for a while. Good luck!
