moving basboard heater? or get the nicer tank??

hey guys I thought I would get some feed back...

it all started with a desire to have a nano by the couch. I settled on a IM 20 peninsula but after talking it over with the GF we decided the only spot for it was just to close to the other tank and left the room unbalanced.

so then I settled on the IM 25 Lagoon about 3' or so the the left side of the couch. its fits in the spot nicely.
BUT
I have a 40br with all the fixing up a running as a holding tank for the 90 while we moved it and redid the upstairs floors.

I dont really think 40br are nanos, there nice tanks tho one of my fav. and I have a nice BML light almost new HOB skimmer and AC50 so a complete system plug and play
(after building a new stand )

the trick is I would have to move the base board heater about 6" to the right for the tank to fit.
the home is a rental I think I could do a good job. could get contemplated if thee not enough wire, then would have to splice in more, put it in a box do drywall work etc, just not sure if it worth it.

it's the only spot in the room where another tank would work.

or spend the money on the IM 25 lagoon.. prob. the best bet eh?

anyway I am thanking out loud here always nice to get some feedback from you guys..

I would stay away from making mods to a rental. It can lead to unlikely issues down the road. Good luck on your new tank decision. ;Happy

yeah I am thinking the same. after some thought into it nit sure it wouth the trouble. now it I was moving it to set up a big dream tank that is another story.

so look likes like the IM 25 lagoon it is. just had a day of confusion as I do love the 40br.

oh I am sure I will. just got cheap for a moment as I have a complete 40br was like why not spend that $$ on corals..haha
I am really excited about the Lagoon!
