Moving coral to another temp container

I am curious how to prepare a container to receive coral? It's only going to be for a couple hours while I deep clean the tank. I need to get to where the coral is sitting. My Nitrates are real high and I need to get as much of the substrate I can. I need to clean the container to put the coral in it and I don't think I should use normal cleaner to clean. Any help

White distilled vinegar to clean the container. 1part vinegar to 4parts water. Rinse well. Boiling the vinegar first raises the acidity making it more efficient.
