Moving Coral

I hate some of the placement of coral in my tank. I have moved them twice since Monday when I got them. How much is too much? I don't want to cause them any further stress.

I have a video that is one continuous shot of me draining my whole nano reef tank down such that everything is exposed to air for 33 minutes. Corals and rocks, 33 mins in the air then water put back in.

next day as open as ever. This shows you the range of tolerance these systems have, yours was no stress above.

How do the corals look? As long as they are open, they probably aren’t stressed.

I'm worried about mySpitFire Leptastrea. It has a couple white tips showing, Yellow & Gold Tip Galaxia hasn't really opened up yet and the bubble tip is still MIA.

How is lighting and flow in that area? Both of them will like medium light and flow.
Nems will do what they want.
How new is the tank? What are params?

It can take them time to adjust to the lighting and flow in their new spots. If they already look unhappy, I'd wait a few days before moving them again, unless there's an immediate issue.
Did you move them initially because they weren't opening or was it just personal preference/aesthetics?
If they are new to the tank, you might need to acclimate them to your lights as well.

I have a 12g JBJ nano with the white and blue fluorescent. I also added a strip of Led's from my old 36 bow front. it says it is blue&white .06w 400 lumens but I haven't used the white, just the blue. I use the ones on the tank which is both blue and white. I have a Hydor Koralia Nano 240 Aquarium Pump, 240 gph
Tank is about 2 months old with LS and LR. All tests still come back with good readings.

I would give them a little time and see how they respond to where they are now.
Also... Since the galaxea looks partially open, you should be able to see the tentacles move a little... If they aren't moving at all or if they lay flat, then it definitely needs more flow. You could adjust the powerhead or return nozzle or move the frag again, but then let it settle in.
Harder to tell for the other coral if it's not showing any polyps, but same principle there.
As for lighting, when in doubt, start with less/lower light and then increase each day depending on how the coral looks.
As Sharkbait said, both should do well with medium light, but sometimes the stress of moving to a new tank can make it hard to tell what level is good. Make them have a few "overcast" days (less light), make sure the flow is adequate, and go from there.

One other thing... Did they look good/happy before you moved them? If so, then try to recreate the light/flow that they were in... If that makes sense.
