Moving Fish Between 2 Tanks?

If the parameters, temps, and salinity are all the same or dang close between 2 tanks, can I literally just net up fish from one tank and drop it right in to the other?

Thats what I am doing. I am moving my fish from a 150 tall to a 210. My temp is a half-degree off
the 150 is 78.5 and the 210 is 79. I am scooping and dropping lol.
