Moving fish from QT to the main tank

Hey everyone so I have my damsel in qt and dosing with Cupramine. My question is when I go to move them to the main tank how do I do it where I don’t introduce the cuprmaine into the tank?

Thanks for the post! How long were you planning on dosing the damsel with Cupramine? If 14 days at therapeutic, then you are suggested to place the damsel into a clean fresh QT and observe for 10-14 days. If doing 30 days at therapeutic, then after the 30 days, you do water changes, run carbon or Curprisorb to remove the copper. Then observe in the same tank for 10-14 days.

Are you planning on prophylactically treating the damsel for flukes with General Cure or Prazipro and metro before placing it in the tank?
