I can only speak from personal experience, but I have a huge (as in volleyball sized) hammer colony and a just slightly smaller colony of frogspan mounted at the top. They are both under a fixture with 6-T5 bulbs with 2 RB XHO LED's. No bleaching...just fat and happy.

If you decide to move them, maybe put them halfway for a few weeks and then move them up after they've acclimated.

Flow is going to be more of a problem then light. That powerhead will blast right on them. In most SPS tanks the euphyllia end up on the few spots where their tissue won’t get blown right off.

I also have a few frogspawn up high in my tank under hydra 26 HD leads and they are happy as long as a powerhead is not blowing them around like crazy :)

I’ll move them up and see how they do there there is not that much flow in those areas :) medium to low flow I think as most of it is on the bottom and mid of tank
