I have been out of reef keeping for almost 20 years and recently started back up. I currently have a Coralife 29gal BioCube that is doing great. It has been running for only 4 months though. I really want to move to a Red Sea Max 250 by the end of the year. I know to not move my sand and to definately take all my established water. But when I add the extra rock that will be needed and move everything over, will I have to go through the rock aging stage again? Will that harm my corals? Or, since I have enough rock to balance my current coral will it handle everything and the new rock just kind of slide right in the rest without having to go through the 'set up' stage again?
Thanks for any input.
