Moving mushroom

Hello folks,

Can anyone advise how to "detach" this mushroom from the rock without kill/damage him? People say mushs can be as much as dangerous as palithoas, is it true?

Never had much luck with mushs... this is a tank to be deactivated, ironically, have this developments preventing me to go ahead...

I wouldn't worry about the mushrooms toxicity.
I just detached one using a credit card to persuade him to let go.
It is not perfect but he'll survive.
