Hello, I am new here and not sure this is the right category to ask below question... if wrong, please correct me.

Recently I bought Waterbox peninsula 6026 and my dream tank delivered today. I can handle to assembly cabinet and moving that but the problem is the display tank. Not sure either LFS or moving company provides the service of moving the tank one time (from garage to living room, 10min work...).

Can you advise who would be the right one I should contact for this?

Welcome to R2R... Did you buy it local I would think they could " Should " help. Have you joined a local reef club?. If you live in AZ I am there....

I purchased it online shopping during the sale event by Waterbox Aquariums, I am here in SoCal... thank you for your comment!

Welcome to R2R.
What kind of arrangements did you make when you bought the tank, if it wasn't discussed at the time then they might not want to help.
was online shopping... no pre-arrangement except delivery... thank you!

Your probably going to have to grab some friends to help. If you contact your LFS they might be willing to help or might know someone that would.

Thank you for the tip, will contact LFS to find someone :)

LFS or local friends would be your best bet. Some stores offer aquarium services - it's honestly how quite a few of them stay in business. They might have a minimum charge for a house call - you'll probably have to pay that to get one or two people out to help you.

If you have a friend or two that you can rope in, a six-pack each is usually cheaper than an LFS service call. If you go that route, investing in something like this for the move will make your life much easier.

I just paid a small aquarium company to move my 400 pound tank from my garage to the basement. It cost me $300.00. Initially I thought that was too expensive, but even they struggled to move it so I was happy it got moved in one piece.
