I have a RFA on the rocks and he just keeps growing.

But I have two on the sand bed. The bed is about 2" and I can see that their foot is on the glass. Any suggestions on how to move them?
I heard their foot can tear easy or if handled rough they die. Not to mention they sometimes bury themselves at night but come up when the lights come on. One of the ones on the glass is slowly moving day by day.
Any suggestions?

Use your fingernail or a credit card and slowly/gently get under the foot. It will be pretty easy on glass. Rock is another story

Like what was suggested. Once the foot peels up a little I massage it upward and they slowly release.
