I need to move my rock flower nems (if possible) and don’t want to have to chisel the rock they’re settled into. Any suggestions for getting them to let go without inflicting harm on their feet?

Steph - let's see if we can get some help with your RFAs.

@Ron Reefman - can you provide any help with this question?

Can you take the rock out of the water?

If so, I recommend taking the rock out and essentially putting the RFA upside down and it will eventually let go on its own. I've had this happen a couple times on accident when I was doing some maintenance on my RFA pico tank.

There are some other techniques you can use but chiseling the rock is by far the easiest way to go. When I say chisel all your really doing is scraping up a tiny speck of rock next to the foot to get started, then you can peel the nem off. Your not really damaging the rock if that is your concern

Thanks for the tips! I may try both techniques since there are about 15 nems on that rock... and they all ended up on top of each other, go figure! Lol :D
