Moving rock flower

Was wanting some advice on how hard it would be to move this anemone. I like it there but the fish keep getting bunches of sand all over it and was wondering what to do to move him up on a rock.

Virtually impossible without bugging the crap out of it.
That will certainly stress it out.
It’s a nem, you get no choice of spot.

Pictures would definitely better help us to assist you but I use a credit card or tongue depressor to remove them from their spot. Turn off the flow put it where you want it and hold it there for a while. Some people will place a cup over it. Good luck!
