I would like to be able to move the rock in the first picture to the sand bed right in front so I can put GSP on in and it won’t spread. Am I allowed to move it? And how do I move it as in sand do I move sand around or jus place on top? I’m getting corals tomorrow too.

Yes, you can move it. Most place their rocks directly on the glass so they can't be "unburied" (but this is often personal preference). You may want to just get a smaller rock for your GSP frag (then you don't have to move anything).

No rules or guidance generally on how to move a rock, and specifically, do what you want and how you want in a new system

I’ve been thinking about moving that rock for a week or so, if I get a new rock would I have to wait to put coral on it?

lol, its your tank, you can put the rocks anywhere you want lol
I just place them on the sand and then squish them down into the sand for stability.
I didn’t know if moving after will affect anything. I put the rock in first and the. The sand when I first got it, I didn’t know if I had to move all the sand upfront and place it, is but a small rock a better option then moving as blaxsun said?

No - as your tank has already cycled and you already have existing rock. It just may take the new rock a while to "catch up" in terms of algae growth.

The rock is pretty small it sitting on top of another one, so maybe I’ll move it, do I need to move the sand as much as possible before I place it so it can’t be “unburied”?

Per above, just "squish" it down so it's solid, ie: won't get knocked over.

No rule like that either unless waiting serves some conditioning purpose.
I’m going to LFS tomorrow for an event and I’ll check their small rocks and see what they are. So I jus moved it and I found something inside a whole, it almost looks like another hermit crab but when I got my fish 2 weeks ago I got

2 clowns
1 cerith snail
1 nassarius snail
1 trochous snail
1 scarlet legged hermit crab.

It won’t come out, what do I do? I don’t want it to die either, I tried grabbing it and the legs retracted
A set of tongs or tweezers may work to extract it (just snag the shell), but generally they'll leave on their own when they feel like it.

I’ve had this tank for almost a month it just finished cycling 2 weeks ago. Could it be stuck?

Maybe. You should be able to get it out with a small pair of tweezers. I used to worry about my hermit crabs when I first got them, but I have so many now that I can't keep track and just ignore them.

Would you leave it or try and get it out? Ha well that’s a lot of crabs then what happens if one dies?

It it's bothering you, fish him out. Crabs and snails routinely die in my tank. It's more "rental" than ownership, because crabs fight, crabs want to upgrade their shells and inverts generally don't live forever...
