Moving so upgrading...looking for input

Hey all,

I'm preparing to move so why not upgrade at the same time

I currently have a 75 gal DT with 30 gal sump which has served me well but I've always been drawn to the 120 gal size. I'm interested in a 120 gallon rimless for a mixed reef (SPS/LPS) but the prices on custom tanks are crazy high.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes tanks in this size as a rimless option (reef ready) that I can just order from my LFS?

It is hard to say without knowing your budget and desired dimensions. I just got a Red Sea Reefer because it was cheaper than going custom but I have also seen tanks from Planet aquariums, Visio, and Crystal Dynamics that are in the same price range. I would expect a rimless 120 with stand to cost around $2500, My LFS has a Visio 120 for this price, RedSea Reefer is $2600 but includes the sump, If you are looking to spend less than this things will get hard.
