I am moving to a new place and need to obviously move my 90g. I am going to pay someone to do this tank move for me because I do not have the proper transportion containers for all that volume of water. My question is the following, once the tank is in it new home, should I replace all the water with new water or 50% of it?

When I move my tanks (done it twice) I try to keep as much water as I can (about half to a little less than half total volume). Here is what I did, and I had minimal loss

I placed all of my live rock in 3 37 gallon storage bins and filled with some tank water. I put a heater and powerhead in each bin, then divided my fish up between these bins a ten gallon tank and a 29 gallon tank. I then moved the tank, set the rock and old live sand in it, and filled it with the water in the storage bins and the rest new water. I let the tank run for about a week to two weeks before adding anything, (I've found that my tanks usually go through a mini cycle after moving) then add all my livestock. This process is rather time consuming but is successful in moving everything.

The worst thing about this method is all if the containers storing tank stuff all over, but it saves me a ton if money in the long run.

I have moved my 90 a few times. Somehow, I've always lost a significant amount of water. My recommendation would be to make sure you have more water than you need made up. Also, rent a U-haul van and do it yourself. They're cheap and no one cares about your livestock as much as you do.
