Can a tank be turned on it’s side to go through standard doorway? Large tank, any risk structurally to seams?

Literally just talking about turning sideways, go through door, and turning back.

Doors are 35-36” wide. Tank is glass 72x36x24. 3/4” thick glass, around 600 lbs (?); I’ll be using glass suction cups and 4 guys total (but probably only 2 guys going through door)?

I think it’s fine, just curious if anyone has had to do this before??

Yes, this is commonly done. There is more stress on a tank's seams when full of water than if you simply tip it when empty. Just be sure to have enough people, use suction cups if necessary, and don't bump any obstacles.
