Mp 10 qd.

i currently have the mp10 and considering going to the mp10qd but I must first ask the question. How quiet is quiet? Are the mp10qd silent? I'm looking for a wave maker that's virtually silent. I'm really annoyed of the rirr, rirr, sound the old mo 10 generates. I would like to be able turn the pump to near max because I'm planning on keeping sps. I'd rather not get the mp40 cause I have no desire to upgrade either. Thx

I upgraded my mp10 to quiet drive and noticed a huge difference! Trust me you won't regret it. Mine would hum after two years of having it and I upgraded and that noise went almost dead silent.
