Mp 40 flashing red and green

So I got home from work and my mp40 dry side fell off the back of my tank and wasnt running. I cleaned the wetside out and put it back together. went to start the pump up and it started flashing red and green after 3 tries. I’ve found out that it’s a stall error but now the wetside is clean and spinning freely it should work. Is the dry side shot or does anyone have experience with this? I also did a factory reset and that didn’t help.

Do you think it’s the bearings on the wet side?
