MP 40 Modes??!!

I understand there are a lot of different ways to run these things and it depends on your tank and what it likes, but I was curious if anyone out there has 2 mp40's and runs each one on a different mode.....I always see people on here with them on the same mode (sync or anti-sync) and I barely see people talking about not syncing their vortechs at all and just running each one on a different mode! Let me know your thoughts or experiences!

How do you sync them without a dual controller just pay attention to hiw you plug them in lol...?
