MP 40 Problem

I have two brand new MP40's - not QD. I set them up a few days. I set up the master/slave combo, but I could not connect to my Ecosmart Live account. So I did a hard reset on both. Now they are both stuck on a green color. I cannot do anything, except adjust the flow rate, but the blue led's do not light up either. I can't change the setting. No night mode. Nothing.

Possibly try reset again. Otherwise get ahold of ecotech and see what they say. May try posting in their vendor spot too.
