MP 40 QD flashing red and white

The title says it all. I have a red and white flashing light on one of my Mp 40's. It was hooked up to an Apex at the time the error occur. Any ideas on how to fix it. I read the Eco Tech site and nothing there worked for me. thank you

Is your WXM still talking to them? Have you removed power to the controllers to try and re-set? I've had to re-set my pumps every so often.

It just means the communication between the motor and wet side had been lost. Could be many things that contribute to it. Probably a hiccup. Just unplug and report back in. If it continues, just make sure to clean the wet side every so often. Vinegar bath is the best!

thank you guys for answering. I've tried most everything. It seems communication with the WXM is lost. Any ideas on how I should proceed. I've tried doing the reset on the MP 40 controller and I get nothing. The error could be tied into the WXM but I really do not know how to clear it. thank you again.

Honestly, if the controller works with the EcoTech controller, I would try to program it that way to see if it's the wxm or vortech.

I can only get red and white flashing no matter what. I think this one is going to have to go in for service. thank you guys.
