I have a 24 g jbj nanocube with some lps and have a tunze nano stream powerhead. The tunze powerhead seems to be working okay but i want some wave motion in my tank. I was looking at an mp10 but idk if in ready to spend 200+ on a powerhead just yet. Any suggestions?

I would say a jebao wp25, but it is even almost too strong for my 34g. the thing has some crazy power.

I saw a wp-25 on a 20ish gallon cube and that thing was amazing.
I have one on my 60 long and is the perfect amount of flow.

The newest model is very controllable as far as power

Really? It wasn't too powerful? Also i dont believe you can run it on wave mode unless it ramps up to full power, so i wouldn't be able to put it on pulse or ramp up mode.

Fwiw, my wp25 worked fine until I put the dimmer on it. A couple days after installing the dimmer the controller (new style) broke.

I know I have heard of others using a dimmer without issue so far. Mine may just be a faulty controller. The dimmer I used was the same one in the link above.

I just dont wanna spend the money and have it crap out on me and then end up getting an mp10 anyway. I will probably just bite the bullet and get the vortech.

I was also planning on buying a reefkeeper. What would you guys buy first, a controller or a mp10?
