MP10+Cash for MP40

I got a BNIB steal sealed Vortech MP10wES at RAP. I can't use it on my tank and thought I'd set up a nano but barely have the time for my 180. So I would like to trade the MP10 plus cash for a MP40. I'd prefer wES.
Manufacture date of the mp10 is sep. 20, 2013
