MP10 failure and horrible customer support

So my 5 month old MP10s impeller failed and one of the fins snapped off on Sunday evening!!! I reached out to ecotech marine on Monday first thing in the morning and they said as long as I emailed them all the info by 2pm there time they would ship me a new wetside right away and I said I would cover the overnight shipping! I made sure that all the info the requested was in in proper time to make the deadline. I even called to make sure it was! I later get an email saying they would cover the part but now I have send in the old one first because I bought it on amazon. They said it's not covered because we're I bought it!! ( SO FOR ANYONE WHO OWNS ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS MAKE SURE YOU BUY IT FROM A DEALER) I bought this product brand new still in the original packaging on amazon and I don't see what is such a big deal!!! They really didn't confirm this till right before 5pm when they closed! If they told me this early I could have just paid strait up and have them overnight me the one I would of paid for! I called BRS and they tried to help but I missed the deadline. They tried everything and put a lot of effort into helping me but it was just not possible. I did place a overnight order so I would have it on Wednesday from BRS. Thank you BRS for helping me and doing your best to get me this part because you guys understand how important flow is. So as of right now I have the bare minimal amount of flow going through my tank and I have already had a nice colony of acro go to the wayside. Everything else is ticked and unhappy due to the fact there not getting the right amount of flow. My tank is 90 percent SPS.

Also one other thing I would like to say is how can they give some YouTube guy thousands of dollars worth of their product who make a lot of money off YouTube and I can't even get cheap replacement wetside assembly that's under warranty hahahah
 
So posting a picture of the warranty that clearly doesn't say anything about buying at a non dealer voids the warranty is against R2R guidelines??
I apologize. I thought it was an email like the one I removed in another post in this thread. Picture of the warranty restored.
