MP10 on 12mm Glass?

I’ve seen a lot of threads of people using MP10s with 12mm glass. How do you guys do it because mine keeps falling off? It’s a Red Sea E Max 170 and I’ve seen build threads with people using the same pump. My wet side keeps falling into the tank after like 15min of running…

It can be done, with some accommodations. Make sure you’ve hung the dryside properly so it doesn’t fall off. Remove all gaskets from the dryside. Run the pump on lower torque settings (i.e. no rapid ramps).
