MP10 or XF230?

If you had to choose between the Vortech MP10 or the XF230 Gyre which one do you go with? I have a Red Sea Reefer 250 (55g display). MP40 is not in my price range. Could really use some advise on this one.

Xf230 when you can afford it a second one is much cheaper

The MP10 is not even in the same ball park as the XF230 gyre in terms of flow. If it were one or the other, and you could only get one, I would recommend the gyre.
