For MP10 . i need to replace the rubber spacer on mine, I got used. Does anyone have 2 that they didn't end up needing to use due to their glass thickness ?
thanks,
Chris

I believe thats why I have this vibe, that I can't get out. but the spacer was torn on one ,and i peeled the rest off. used a paper towel , didn't fix lol

so I was gonna go ahead and put 2 new ones on, and be done with it...

You could probably check with knoxville rubber and gaskets off of middlebrook pike and see if they have anything

I wonder what the thickness is originally? Cause these are smashed like a pancake. Lol
Maybe due to both stuck together with out the cardboard in between. Idk.

Ecotech is hooking me up. :) so I'm good. Should be here next Monday or Tuesday. They don't have a part number for the foam pads on the wet side . So those are free. I asked abou the rubber spacer that's 5.00 each. He's going to toss them In there also. Now that's customer svc....

Gotta love dealing with a quality brand. 2 years running now stop and I still haven't had an issue with my mp10

I will be with ya ,if the guy from ecotech forgot about the rubber spacers. And only sent me the foam pads for the wetside. I don't know what happened to the wet side pads but there like 1/4 slid off the pump. Lol
So he's sending me 2 new ones cause they don't sell them. Whatta guy !

I have the foam pads also if you need them. I'm not using them either. Yep, they have great customer service. I did have a problem recently. One of my power supply cords went bad within a month if use. I was so frustrated but they replaced it quickly. I was one of the unfortunate ones with the breaking shaft issues awhile back on the MP40s. They were breaking every few weeks. They always took care of the problem though and they finally got the issues resolved. They really go out of their way to make it right.

That's cool, got a backup just in case. I was amazed with these pumps when I just put them in and powered them up. Before was hydor 550 , and 425 and sicce voyager1 , what a point of sale.... But any way, as soon as I turned them on they were still on the last setting of this guys 45 cube. 4th led on RC. All this crap came out of no where, I wish I had a video of it. But I had to change my sock it was so nasty afterwards. :0 WOW!!!

sorta late but for anyone else I found some material at work that would do the job, just has to be cut.
