MP10 power supply question?

Where can I get the wall plug portion of the battery supply for an MP10? The male end of the wall to power block cord is damaged and it looks like a regular length of power cable. I hope that makes sense.

I bought one at my local ACE hardware store. Was labeled for a computer tower.

I'm going to also start soldering, is this a good place to get the equipment to start soldering?
