MP10 pump rattling?

took my pumps off to clean them and now one of them wont stop making an awful rattling sound. any idea why or how to fix this?

i have them aligned just as i did before i took them off and nothing looks missing or bent from either side of the pump. very annoyed.. lol

helped a little, still getting a slight rattle, but better than before

Did it lock in place fully? If so I would disassemble everything and assemble back together to see if anything was lose at all.

Sometimes when cleaning an older pump I see those three little clips on the outside get lose.
