mp10 qd won't appear in connect device on mobius app

hi I was wondering if anybody had this issue and got it fixed? I tried googling and nothing.

Is the MP10 mobius ready?
If its not, then when adding the device you might see where it says add legacy device. If it shows up in Legacy device, then it needs the firmware updated to work on the Mobius platform.

Yeah it doesn’t show up on legacy either. But the w light is on.

Have you verified that the MP10 is mobius ready? Depending on how old it is, it might not have the latest chip? If you use EcoSmart Live, it will tell you under the device information if its Mobius Ready. If you don't use ESL, then you can open the Driver and see what chip is installed.

Added picture for reference. If you have the green chip installed, then it's not Mobius ready
