Just got the one on the left

The W Is solid Orange
The one on the right flashes white/blue all the time

They’re both supposed to be wireless
Why are they different colors?

Also on the one I just got (left) the wet side is really loud. Tried tightening it and still pretty loud. Will I have to replace the wet side?

I would open the control box and see if it has the wireless chip. That’s the fastest way to know if it’s wireless or not. The chip looks like this.

If I'm not mistaken, the orange W means that the pump was paired up with another pump at one point in time and was in anti sync mode. The flashing on the other pump most likly means it was in some sort of program or schedule. Best bet would be to do a reset and resync of the pumps.

Thanks I’ll try to reset tomorrow

Bought the first one (white/blue W) new and the orange W used. Got the orange W for $145 so even if I have to replace the wet side I still got a nice deal

I was able to reset them

Have them set in anti sync mode now
