So today, out of nowhere, my MP10Wes went from running completely normal to blinking red. I called support, they told me to do the pump disconnect reset, until they realized I had a MP10 and not the MP40. They told me that the MP10 doesn't have a code like what I was experiencing, and I believe it because of what happened next.

I tried to do a hard reset, which consists of holding the MODE and SET buttons down until it changes color, mine went from a (quite fast) Red Blink to a (slower) Red Pulse.

After a few power cycles it started glitching out even more. During one of my reset attempts, it kicked on, like normal, Pulsed White (Blue LEDs lit up), it Kicked into Green Pulse (normal mode) and then died and went back to the Red (fast) Blinking.

I will upload a video with what is going on in a moment, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

Can't get the other Youtube video to work so here is the photobuket link, I can't figure out how to embed it.
This video the pump acts very odd.

it's happened to me a few times. most of the time it was something getting stuck in the motor (algae, snails, hermits). I had to take apart and it would start up like normal.

Did you watch my videos? Because it really doesn't seem like anything on the wetside is the problem, on top of that I cleaned and soaked the wetside just a week or so ago. It really just seems like the controller is glitching out,

Do u still suggest taking apart the wetside?

I was about to say same maybe its got a blockage. I would take apart and clean well and look for maybe something small like grains of sand/rock.

Just took it apart, cleaned it, everything spun as it should, no blockage.

It is definitely the driver. Anybody have any other suggestions, other than sending it in for an out-of-warranty repair?

Has anyone ever seen this happen? When it is blinking White, then Red, like in the 2nd picture, if I hold the power ON/OFF button, it glows green then blue and then pulses red...
