I have a waterbox 60.2 with 2 mp10s and still have dead spots. I see that BRS is having a sale on maxspect jump gyre 2k, would that work better at eliminating dead spots. Let me know.

You could run it with the mp10s and I would think that for sure would eliminate them. Flow is like money in the bank. You can never have too much and just because you have it doesn't mean you have to use it all
I would sell one of the MP10wQD to pay for the jump. So would the jump and one mp10 be good?

Sorry just looked up the specs on your tank. I was thinking 60.2 gallons. I have 2 mp10s in a reefer 170 23x20x20" so almost identical to yours and I have plenty of flow. What are you running the pumps at and have you tried moving them around?

Would just the gyre be better at eliminating dead spots and don’t use the mp10s

Here is a pic of the tank

I have a 40g cube. Cubes are hard to not have dead spots...had a 110 cube...ugggg. Anyway I tried every freaking gyre. RS, IceCap, Maxx, Amazon. The reality is a tank that size needs a 0.5K. Trust me. So u need more pumps in the right spots. I'm attaching what u need. Don't laugh, these things are legit. Put one about 2 inches off the sand. Don't get the bigger version either. These lil guys are perfect.

I would see no issue with the Jump 2k in this tank. I'm actually thinking about using one in a 25 peninsula. Spec says 13gal - 66gal. But much cheaper option above with good ratings too.
