MP10 white controller models worth buying used?

so I found someone who wants to sell me an mp10 but it’s the older white controller model. I have no idea how old it is but he claims it still works fine and is asking $80 for it. I think the price is pretty good but I’m just wondering if it’s even worth buying is it going to crap out on me?

You never know but if it currently works good and does what you want it to do then i wouldnt hesitant about getting it.

The white controllers should have a manufacturing date on them. I have 2 mp10 and 2 mp40 that I upgraded to the QD controller. Still going strong and they are at least 5 years old each. I think the oldest mp40 is going on 7 years, and only 1 new wetside. Still original dry side.
