MP10 wireless module

so I just installed the RF chip and plug everything back in. Pump is working fine. The wireless sysmbol is not lit though. I have an apex junior or I could buy a reef link . Is the light suppose to be off until I connect to it via the apex or the reef link?

Ok NM. I’m an idiot. Installed it backwards. Lights up now
