Not to hijack your thread , but I have been thinking of getting one, but I see alot of people say , they are priceless. But why, do you see so many for sale in the forums is my question.

Because they are great pumps with good resale value as well.
I have 2 on my 40 and love em. I think people sell them when upgrading or getting out of hobby usually..

Do you use 2 mp10's ? Along with your return from the sump ? And are both on one end or each end of your tank ?

I'm looking to get another MP10 to replace a tunze in my 40b. Right now I'm running one MP10 and a tunze and I prefer the MP10.

I'm leaning towards a pair of MP10's for my 80 gallon tank, both on the bak wall, on either side of my glass hole drain.
