Hello everyone! I recently got an MP10qd, got it all mounted and plugged it into my apex. I set the outlet function to return pump (just need it to keep it on and sync to feed mode, going to program it on the driver itself) and toggled it on.

Nothing happened other than the driver dial starting to blink red. upon closer inspection when I toggle it on the impeller twitches right and left a few millimetres and then the driver dial starts blinking read. I watched ecotechs video on how to resolve it (disassemble driver, unplug the pump and plug it back in) but nothing changed.

The manual says to check a link that just takes me to their home page and most of the post I can find about this are a mixture of blinking colours not just red. The only thing I can think of is the power cord and power supply connection looks like it should go in a little further but it doesn't with a reasonable amount of force and I don't really want to use more than that out of fear of damaging something.

Thanks in advance!

I’m not sure about the red light but if you have power the cord is in.

From the issues I’ve had (my own fault and a lot I’ve never seen a red light. If I had to guess I’m going to say not enough power to start. Which would be the power brick failing. Do you have another you could swap with to try? Just the brick part.
