Mp10qd rattling and cracking noise

My mp10qd started doing this annoying sound a few months back. It comes and goes, but most often I need to turn the pump off and on to stop it.

I bought a new wet side and hoped that would fix it. But nope.

Any ideas what the culprit might be?

The tank is in our bedroom and it's not so appreciated to have to get up in the middle of the night to turn the pump off... And then have it happen again after 10 minutes....

Did you put the right spacer for thickness of glass on?

Yes, I have the spacer on. I tried not using it for a while, but there was no difference.
