Alright obviously the same pump one just has wireless capabilities and the other has to have the capability added. Upon looking so you need to purchase the RF chip from Ecotech or do you have to buy a completely new driver. I see both options on their site.

although buying the w version and making sure it's made fairly recently guarantees you that it will have the most up to date WiFi chip installed, which will work with the new mobius app.

if you buy just the chip from some store, it may be old stock that may not work with the app

True. I would just buy it the chip directly from ecotech. I’m just scouting for used MP10s and saw one that wasn’t wireless!
